I look for old phones at garage sales (and Mitre11) and convert them to work on the Telecom grid. I've sold a couple on TradeMe and I have one. I love the proper bell ring - so much better than "Brrrp Brrrp".
My phone, I got for $5 at a garage sale, only to discover it is an Aus dial phone and the numbers are the wrong way round! It's still a stylish phone...

Sould still work tho, apart from the zero you just have to transpose the numbers you want to dial, so... 9=1 8=2 7=3 etc... so if you were dialling 137 it would be 973 on the reverse dial
