OOPS, was that meant to by my cue to say "awe, he's just gorgeous Dalbyj" Foot in gob syndrome ? Nooooooooooooo of course not, this is what I'm trying to say!!!! I loved my son from the second he was born but even I could see that he wouldn't win any baby picture contests! He was not a good looking baby at all!

it's a connection that I could never start to explain in type on a MB. I know, I know... But Babies are Ugly... ( Women Idolise them ) I like kids when they are fun... You know, catch a ball etc... Snooka!!!!!!!! Are you blind? All babies are beautiful. I've never seen an ugly baby, think about this even if a baby is physically unattractive in your eyes, that baby is beautiful.

I do believe mine were beautiful, and I look at some others and do wonder, haha! Guess that's the biased parent thingy coming through... And in all honesty, I really do think your baby boy is alright looking Dalbyj, just hard to catch them smiling at that age, and the little scrunched faces isn't their best look. Just looks like your average normal baby to me, did someone plant a seed in your mind that he was ugly? Or did you come to the conclusion all on your own. Hmmmmmmmm...

My eldest boy is such a sensitive soul Me, very bright, I'm sure he will go a long way in life. The youngest James is a more boisterous type, maybe more inclined to put his hand to something. Will also "go a long way", of course, but down a different path, maybe the two boys matching their differences and running a family business? I would be their computer geek guy, haha! Dunno, whatever will be, will be, and I'll be there to back them whatever they choose. **edited a silly typo and decided to add a little more**

Our eldest daughter was an ugly little sucker when first born. Bald, red, wrinkly, slimy, and screaming. When Mrs Mac was out of earshot I asked the midwife if she was, well, normal. Crikey, anyone would think I was gonna roast the little blighter the way she looked at me. Apparently, she was normal, and beautiful. I was prepared when the second one appeared on the scene, still ugly, but I had learned to make the appropriate noises at opportune times. They've grown up to be pretty cute though.
