Tip # 1: When making spring rolls, place the completed roll on baking paper, not wax paper. The rolls will come off with ease.
Tip # 2: When working with dough, or making pizza bases, sprinkle a little wg free bread mix on a baking sheet and work your dough or base into how you want it. That way you won't get the gluey stickyness sticking every where...and when you've got it how you want you can simply move the entire thing onto your try or into your baking dish. (this is really handy for pizza bases, scones, and fancy loaves)
Tip # 3: If you are having trouble making your bread rise, use a spoon to mix the dry and wet ingreds together, then work the dough with your hands instead of a dough tool.
Tip # 4: Like garlic bread? Mix up a pizza base as per the instructions(remember to use your hands instead of a beater), skewer the base randomly, then sprinkle some rock salt over the base, and cook like a normal base. Once that done, brush your favorite garlic butter over the top liberally. You can also add some herbs for a delicious Herb and Garlic loaf. Whack it back in the oven for 5 minutes. Boodeeful.

lol macca. Coeliacs disease is, in a nut shell, an allergy to Wheat and Gluten. Poor FIL can't even have a beer cause it's got yeast in it, and SIL had to ditch her Bourbons cause that's got wheat in it. Gut problem is about right. lol. Paulie is W&G Intolerant as well as dairy intolerant. We can't get the bio tests done on him thanks to his severe eczma and Autism. It's pronounced "See-lee-ack."

Tip # 5: If you are fan of Soy Sauce, don't fork out $6 for a tiny bottle at your supermarket. Scour your local Asian/Tofu shops. I picked up a bargain...700ml, for $3.50. It was listed as Food Seasoning, but is Soy Sauce! You can also get cheap as chips vermicelli, fettucinni, rice paper in assorted shapes and sizes, and even biscuits and crackers.
