Who knows Suuser (Sauser or Federweisser)? It is an slightly alcoholic drink we can get in Europe in Autumn. It is made from fresh grape juice with a wine yeast and let to ferment. It is a young wine. The Suuser is not yet a clear wine. Here some information from Wikipedia: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/FederweisserHere how I did it (it tastes really good): I mashed up the washed grapes in the food processor (with the plastic knive) and put it in a food grade plastic bucket covered with a towel. After 4 days I sieved it off and added a wine yeast (available at BinIn). It your grapes are not fully ripe you could add some sugar. Leave it to ferment and you can drink it nearly straight away. It will become more and more alcoholic the longer it is fermented. If you have you can put it in a bottle with an airlock, otherwise just cover it that the flies don't get to it. But it can't be kept in a totally locked bottle because it could burst. I guess the easiest alcoholic drink to make.

;D Should be able to knock that up with any sort of fruit. LOL. ;D That's true. I tried it last year with plum and gave some to a Swiss friend of mine and she loved it.
