I am very grateful to all of you - thank you - my family and I will be watching her adventure. In fact when I send out my Christmas email to friends and family I will tell them the story of a little bear who travels around New Zealand. Perhaps someone who is creative could write the story - someone else can draw the pictures and as a community we can decide how the book can be used to benefit people.

I love the picture that oasis and ivy have put up of her in bed 'chilling out' that would make a great cover pic

Tabetha was still very tired from her journey today, so she has spent most of the day just chilling out, getting to know some of the locals. She did a quick visit to Teddy School, then went to meet a couple of local girls, Blondie and Jemimah... Blondie played Tabetha some songs on her Violin, Tabetha said, "I want to learn to play a musical instrument too!" After a bit of a jam session with Blondie and Jemimah, Tabetha went for lunch with Elizabeth and Gloria... Then it was off to visit Skippy the cow... HOLD ON TABETHA! OOPS! ;D

I agree about the scary mask, Blondie and Jemimah are a bit of a strange couple, but I'm not going to hold that against them, LOL... ;D

What a lot of fun that all looks although there is a scary mask on the wall in the top pic lol! It looks like Tabetha likes Skippy The mask is from Loetschental. I have heard that these masks keep bad ghosts away. They look scary! But I don't know the exact tradition behind them. Canton Valais (where Loetschental is), has an other strange tradition. They have cow fighting. Here is a link if you are interested. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cow_fightingSkippy doesn't need to fight. She is our Queen cow!

Tabetha had another busy day. In the morning she has helped me in the kitchen. Then we went shopping and she couldn't resists to buy a sun umbrella. Now she is tired and lays in front of the tv with Ahtebat. He usually has to sit there on his own and when I come to watch tv he has to support my legs (which I guess he doesn't really like to do).

What did you two make in the kitchen ivy and I just love the sun umbrella Well I am nearly ashamed to say what I did!! Usually (every day) I have great ideas and I go and make them. Today I tried to make lavender & honey meringues! Sounds very good but to repeat the words of my daughter: They taste like potpurri! or kind of like air freshner! It was a total flopp and they didn't even get hard. I guess because I used honey instead of sugar. Don't worry I haven't given up on the idea. Next time I want to try cinnamon ones! LOL
