;D Nope but the conventional centrifugal pumps will only suck up 25 ft. There is models now that will do better, but its a matter of pumping water down to push water up using a jet. (Venturi)
Some people go to a lot of trouble sucking to get a syphon going, but if there is room (not a fuel tank) one only needs to push the entire hose into the liquid and block the end with your hand. Pull it out suddenly and hold it below the level of liquid and the syphon should work. Beats getting some sort of infection from the liquid by sucking with the mouth.
So theres a bit of useless info. LMAO. ;D

This family used to use the suck method to clean the turtle tank, till I showed them the method of sinking the hose then taking it out the window whilst blocking the end, and then releasing it
