Do you have a harness to go with it? NExt time you come around, I'll show you the vid of the horse we had when I lived adown the West Coast, towing a coal range up a hill with a home made cart. The cart was made from manuka and motorbike wheels and the harness was bought second hand but wasn't a good quality one...

PS, last time we were at an auction, someone was reselling one previously bought from IvyPlus, it had had a seat put in it and it was being used somewhere for cart rides, the reserve was a $1000, so you are getting a good deal here. They have been previously sold for up to $1300.

I've seen something like that out at the beach....did you sell any down this way?.........also see a homemade cart this guy has on a dog, his kid controls it just like a horse....quite funny to see ;D

Christine used to have a shop in Hokitika, The Copper Kettle on Weld Street, so one may have made it's way down there, not sure. That would be a laugh, ask the bloke if he would mind if you took a photo for the forums!
