Seems to stun for 10 minutes and then they get up and go again All part of fleecing the consumer Just the other day I thought the same. I had heaps of flies in the kitchen (not that we are particularly messy). And I bought a fly spray. The only fly which did was the one which drowned in the fly spray juice! Are they getting resistant to fly spray?

;D The ones that survive a spraying, are probably immuned to the stuff. Like us having a flu jab. LMAO ;D ;D

I found it got worth with flies this year. Most are not huge like the blow flies but there are many more around than usual.
(And they sometimes mate just in front of me!)

They are actually easier to catch when they mate and you get two in one go!

This is my fly killer ... It's basically an electrified tennis racket, all you have to do is touch the fly with it and there is a satisfying 'snap' sound ... and the fly is dead!

plain ole $2 shop swat still works every time. Trick is to flick'em mid air so they stay in one piece......

Haha, plant the house out with Venus Fly traps! ;D Naki, would love to see a pic of the impact of the swatter hitting the fly, it might seem to stay in one piece, I suspect the splat still takes place but is better dispersed!

As long as it doesn't smear on the wallpaper, it's all good.
Now if I could hybridise a venus flytrap to eat ducks, I'd be happy.
