If you get washed out to sea in the next day or so, I can be off the coast down there in about four hours so just keep paddling until you see this old pirate hove-to to windward.
Reluctantly I suppose I should do the decent thing and pluck Crackerjack from the briny too if the same thing happens to him

I purchased me a new pair of gumboots during the big downpour a few days ago,..because there was so much water in my backyard, I donned my hoody raincoat and went for a splish splash dash in my spanking new gumboots what a fantastic experience,.. splashing and playing in the rain has to be It was the most therapeutic experience I have had in soooo looooong,....just wonderful I literally could feel my physical wellbeing working inside me I have never ever done that before ever in my adult life ,.. look at what I have been missing,..... the watery tread experience ;D ;D ;D so now azzy I have just related to you that my experience with my new gumboots will hold me in good stead if ever I have to tread the watery deep while waiting for you to rescue me Ill just thumb down a whale sit on it and sing up a wailing storm so you will know in which direction to come ;D you will recognize me cos my gumboots are pink with pretty flowers the whales two legs are somewhere in amongst all the blubber [ the atheists claim] but I dare not grope trying to find them for fear of whatever else I might find that blubbery mass is covering up down there Ill leave that for CJ Told CJ grab something resembling a raft and dont forget the rotary hand egg beater for a motor for his raft till I and the whale pick him up,. or you get to him first so keep an eye out popeye ;D ;D ;D

Thanks for this post, Misi. I like it! ;D It reminded me of an article I think it was in the Listener about "Getting old disgracefully" (not in a bad way at all). Having fun getting older.
