My sister phoned me and told me this intersting business idea.
You eat in total darkness. You can't see who is in the restaurant or what you are eating. You are served by blind people. It is no problem for them to serve you in total darkness and it gives you an inside how their world is.
What a brilliant idea. The first restaurant "Blinde Kuh" (blindman's buff) opened in 1999 in Zurich and there are now several in Europe.

These restaurants called "Blinde Kuh" (which translates to: Blindman's Buff) are managed by blind people. It gives them a chance to work. They serve all the food (in the dark). The restaurant is totally dark (pitch black dark). For blind people this is not a problem and the people visiting these restaurants can experience how it feels to be blind. (I guess the cooks are people with vision!)
