Thats fantastic suzie, I use vinegar for many things around the home...
Vinegar and water for windows, dont use a cloth to wipe it off, use newspaper...
Instead of buying powder to get the smell out of shoes, put newspaper in them overnight...
Salt or vinegar and water, or even just boiling water for weeds...
I salt my gardens, nothing grows after that...
Heres a couple of websites that i visit from time to time....
www.vinegartips.com/this next one is the best i reckon....
www.angelfire.com/cantina/homemaking/vinegar.html#KitchenHeres one to help with budgeting etc
www.simplesavings.co.nz/And because I like to count my pennies and get free stuff, as many of us do, i join up to many sites that send out freebies or giveaways.
Ive had tampons, perfumes, energy shakes, skin creams, clothes powders etc...
Just google freebies, or samples or giveaways in New Zealand...
An online friend of mine Joy also got my son to join up to
www.tearaway.co.nz and each month, there are LOADS of giveaways which are all free to enter. Master 13 won a DVD last month....
People say that ya cant get something for nothing on the web, but thats not true, it all depends where you look.
I drink only every couple of months, but when i do, i tend to get on the net and join up to all sorts of things.
One time i received a liquorland voucher for a 4 pack of coruba rum drinks, another time, i received The Bean, yanno, that exercise thing ya lie on, apparently i won it from some beauty club i had joined up to..
I dont have a car for the reason of the cost as well as the pollutions, so each when, when i do my groceries, i get them delivered which only costs me $2, where as It would cost me and the environment a lot more if I used a car...
