I think it was one of the best things Labour did, purchasing NZRail, as far as the trains coming from China....... grrrrrrrrrrr, I don't like it, but then, I fully realise that we have to trade with these countries in order to sell our products. I guess providing we come out the winners in the long run, it's ok. I'd do anything to get those damn big trucks off the main highways, they're dangerous, they ruin our roads and they are SMELLY .... I don't mind them holding up traffic, I drive a holden, so very little stays in front of me, unless I want it there!

A brave and far-sighted move by Labour. There is no easy way to pick up a turd, and the rail network is a turd that this country desperately needs.
Show me one single other developed country that doesn't have a rail network, aztec. The railways are in a mess because successive governments have allowed predators to strip off all of its assets and run it into the ground. Thias current bunch of currency speculators and Round Table puppets would have done nothing to preserve rail infrastructure if someone else didn't have the foresight and guts to take the bull by the horns.
