Guilty, Not Guilty?
Which way will the verdict go?
I'm putting a box of chocs on him being found guilty (even though I don't believe he is) Never underestimate the power of the crown to make up a good story!

I believe he is guilty, but doubt he will be found so.

I believe it has become irrelevant. The crown screwed up their case the first time round, leaving 'reasonable doubt' as the over-riding factor. Guilty or innocent, the Crown has had their day in court. The only point of interest is whether or not Bain gets a judgement that will allow him to persue compensation for wrongful incarceration.

Personally I'm unsure how this one will go. It's been a while since I've read the books and seen the doco's etc about it, but my overriding feeling from all of that was that he is innocent and there were a few stuff ups that should have caused reasonable doubt but obviously didn't.
At least he has stopped wearing those awful jerseys!
