download.microsoft.com/download/whistler/Install/2/WXP/EN-US/ImageResizerPowertoySetup.exeThis is one of the easiest ways to resize your pics, it's a plugin for Microsoft Windows that enables you to simply right click on a picture and select resize picture from the drop down window. Or you can select all from the edit menu and resize in bulk. It saves them as a copy so you still have the original. Highly recommend, Thanks to LadyP and Ladeda for pointing this out.

I just open in paint.. Stretch / Skew and save with a new file name.. Takes 20 seconds..

Another good tip there Snooka, the beauty with this is that you don't need to open in a separate program at all, it's all done in the folder view.

I have a pic I would like to add to my pics gallery ,...how do I do it ,..its not working the usual I usually do ,...when I right click, I click on "save pic" take it to my pics and it comes out "cleardot" why and is there someway I can doit anyway
