Im on broadband but when I link onto a youtube it plays in spurts an splatters,..really annoying,.. I rang my isp provider ,.. .we went thru a series of proceedures but still no progress ,... .is there something else I can try?

Mine also loads in spurts, I let it load,then replay and it is O.K. Sometimes I turn the volume down until I replay. ;D

Another trick to get them playing a little more "steadily" is to right click on the vid box itself, click on "quality" and adjust it down to medium, or low. The pic wont be as crisp, but it will run a lot more smoothly. Also, for d/ling youtube vids, realplayer is a good media player that has a youtube download function. Once installed, mousing over an embedded video will provide a pop-up that not only lets you download the vid, but also change its name, the save-to directory, and other options Click HERE for a free, safe, realplayer download I use realplayer a bit, but only for yt d/l's. I use WMP for music.
