Dear Shorty
Well that is indeed a dilemna isn't it? Apart from suggesting you take your slightly taller husband with you ... I can only suggest you choose something from the list below to aid you in acheiving your short goal.
1. A short range slingshot
2. An air pistol ( a water would be more fun) but I would not recommend this as they may think ure robbing the store.
3. Collapsable foot ladder that can be easily put into a trolley and used when needed.
4. A fishing rod
5. A long stick with chewing gum at the end for lighter items
6. Dress up as a lil ole lady and use a cane
Hope this can help you

There is some excellent high moveable platforms the the staff use to stack the cartons above. I suggest hijack one and get hubby to push it around. I suggest he does not try to do doughnuts or any other wheelies as they are not designed to do boyracing acts with they are rather top heavy.LMAO

Thanks so much Mands, I like the idea of dressing as a little old lady and carrying a cane. Not only would the cane be useful for reaching the higher items, I could also use it to keep rowdy children away from me ... what a great idea!
And Meandog, I understand about not doing doughnuts on the platforms ... but surely a bit of speeding wouldn't go amiss? No traffic police in supermarkets! lol

Dear Mands!
What is happening to this board? I am not a professional poster and only post on this message board. But even I can feel there is something going wrong here! Could be called some cancerous growth. How can we fix it?

Dear Ivy ...
Upon my examination of the 'board' as per your request in your letter ... I find ZILCH wrong with it. It is set up well.
Moderation is for the most part left to individuals until intervention is needed ... the topics are amazing and the posters are awesome. So NOTHING wrong the 'board.'
However, such an astute and infinitely wise person (My previous posts convey exactly how wise i am NOT) - I see the problem is not with the board ... but would described it as lack of team spirit.
If we can inspire all our posters to work as a team, this board would skyrocket to MAJORLY AWESOME, but unfortunately in any community - we see people who are not happy unless they are harbouring jealousies, contentions and holding onto grudges.
So Ivy to answer your question in a nutshell : The board is fine ... but unless some let go of the past and look forward the future they will remain stuck in their ways and discontent with their lot.
PS: Pass the whiskey here ... I LOOVEEEEEE it too .... or would that start a rumour?
Hope this helps.

PS: Might I add ... it's easy to expect perfection of those who are leaders in any organization ... community or forum. But I for one much prefer to SEE that we are not perfect than to portray ourselves as above reproach because we arent ... my goodness out of you all ... I am the one who probably have more flaws than the rest of you ... that doesn't disqualify me as a moderator though ... neither should it for anyone else. The solution needed here is for each one of us to look at our posts individually and while its wonderful to debate and even have heated debates, we should ask ourselves "IS MY MOTIVE IN POSTING TO EXALT MYSELF OVER OTHERS, OR TO GET AT ANOTHER POSTER?" or is it simply to convey my opinion as just that, MY OPINION.
Most humbly Mands

Dear Newbie Chocolate Lover,
Would be a major problem if you were to delve into Dalbyj's supply of Chocolate.
However, for you personally, the craving for chocolate is symbolic of lack of sweetness in your life ... it will not do you any harm to indulge in the chocolate in fact it indeed perk you up so you can embark on the rest of your life with renewed vigor and ooomph!
I would caution you though, not to get so distracted with the chocolate that you miss out on life passing you by.
Hope this helps

Just remember everyone ... Chocolate is made from beans ... beans are vegetables and are very good for you ... therefore chocolate is good for you. Thats my story and I'm sticking to it!

Dear Mands ...
I am completely undecided as to what to do.
Should I bake chocolate chip cookies or chocolate muffins?
Your input would be greatly appreciated.
